In 2015 in first year and first semester, we learned a module called “FIT” in which we were exposed to many new things. From all the topics we were taught, I would like to share my understanding on “Microsoft Power point”.
We learned how to make power point presentation. While
creating a PowerPoint presentation, we learned that we should keep in mind the
following points

We have to keep the
bullets and texts short and to the point.
·
They should be used as
aids only and the explanation should be done by the presenter.
·
The animations when
the slide changes or an object appears must be chosen according the audience.
It shouldn’t to too fancy and distracting.
·
We should use simple
animations but we should not overuse them.
·
One of the most important things we
have to keep in mind is the color combination
We
also learned to make animation in power point slides, where we used shapes,
colors, animation etc. So in the power point document attached, I designed a
small animation on light with the use of different shapes, colors and
animation.
Now
in this document I created a rice mill again with all the features available. It
helped me grow creativity and animation skills.
It
helped me in enhancing the teaching and learning material, it also helped me in
becoming more critical and creative. Where, all the lessons I learned in FIT
module will help me a lot in delivering teaching concept once I become a teacher.
